Conference interpreting is a very specific and demanding activity.
ALIC brings together the most experienced conference interpreters with proven evidence, from clients, agencies and, above all, from their peers. Qualified conference interpreters who perform their jobs with excellence have been in the market for a long time; they know each other and bear witness to one another's honesty and commitment.
ALIC – Lusophone Association of Conference Interpreters - stands for the dignity of interpretation, ensuring that all its members always abide by the highest standards, imbued with honesty and commitment at the workplace. ALIC is at the service of clients, providing all information related to conference interpreting, as well as clear and timely solutions and suggestions to facilitate the organization of events.
BECOME A MEMBER!
All interpreters interested in attending may become full ALIC members, provided they are qualified for the profession of conference interpreting and have at least three years of proven and certified experience validated by clients and / or other interpreters.
